Greymate is a socially-driven organisation rooted in Aberdeen, committed to supporting individuals across the North East of Scotland through community-based support services, independent advocacy, employment training and targeted recruitment.  

We work with people facing life’s challenges, whether that’s navigating social services through self directed support, developing skills for employment, or finding a job that suits their potential. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at a fulfilling life and career, and we work every day to make that a reality.
